IMPORTANT INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS
We recommend reservations are booked as far in advance as possible to secure your desired treatment date and time. All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to the staff and other guests, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of the service(s). There will be no charge if we are able to re--book your appointment.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we ask that children not accompany adults, unless receiving treatments.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow you to de-stress, relax and enjoy the facilities. Late arrivals will simply result in a reduction of treatment time ensuring the next appointment begins on time.
CELLULAR PHONE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Honor the environment with silence; it is one of tranquility and relaxation. Cellular phone and electronic devices are not permitted beyond the Spa reception area.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
To avoid possible contraindications and ensure that appropriate products are selected for you, please inform our staff of any of the following: medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, prescription medications and special assistance requirements.
SPA ATTIRE AND AMENITIES
Luxurious robes, slippers and lockers are provided for you. Enjoy refreshing water infusions, herbal teas or coffee during your visit.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift cards. In appreciation of the staff for outstanding service, gratuities are generally 15-20% of the treatment price.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
